It smacks of money men who want to make money via the SBW circus

Yes your sponsorship may go up, your crowd figures might grow, your membership may even reach double figures but it's a short term fix & you throw away the very fabric of your club culture, not that the Goosters had much anyway

It doesnt work that way buddy.
The Roosters form this season has never been better than a middle of the road side. Thats a fact. Every team loses and wins close games. The feeling in the camp has been abysmal, and SBW joining the camp will do nothing at all for team morale. How would you feel if your team mates were squeezed out so SBW can try something different for a season? :hey

The red line goes through the Roosters for 2013. They may as well sit out the season, and build towards 2014, with whoever their coach might be then. Until then, it's just gunna be the same old Smith show, which, throughout his career, has always ended in tragedy. :yep

Why the **** would you grab an afl guy to run the NRL. These fuks need to realise that as much as these sports might be businesses they are not emotionally neutral businesses. Dumb ****s.

Hmmm undecided thus far. AFL has been an absolute success in terms of business. Give him a go. That's all you can do. If he brings the game into a great era, that is fine by me.

Forgot it was a Brisbane home game this week. So I can quite easily say, Broncos will lead the penalty count, will get all BotD decisions and not be pulled up on any slow play of the ball in the ruck, or forward passes.

But didn't matter, took the storm after a last minute decision at the pub computer, glad I did now, was a bit worried at half time, but I'm two up for tonight now

Souths tomorrow night!! Scored a couple of freebies in the main stand, hope the shonkies don't mind me rubbing it in! :happy
