    I can't believe you guys condone this sort of thing and in fact actually applaud it.

    Tyson Fury got laughed at for touting Botha as a possible opponent a couple of years back while still a novice. Thankfully the BBCofC saw sense and refused to licence the corpse of Botha.

    If he wants to fight, he should fight someone who is fit to hold a licence, the fact that Botha was refused permission to box in the UK says it all.

    I feel sorry for the Australian boxing fans, you seem like a good group, you deserve better.

    Is it down to the Australian boxing commissions?

    Most of your fighters who fight over here do you proud and are very well respected, katsidis being the prime example, he got booed at Upton Park, but if he walked into any pub in the east end, he wouldn't need to bring his wallet, you know

    Pretty well mate, it's all about who gets the pay in the back pocket in Australian Boxing unfortunately, it really takes the shine off our decent fighters.

    Katsidis is the Australian Arturo Gatti. He won't shy away from an impossible matchup.

    Would you say SBW is much better than Flo Simba? Never seen him fight, but if he wins it would surely ahve to be pure athleticism, not boxing skills. Im picking Botha by KO

    Botha by ko hmmm, when Bob mirovic - mirovIc is a a crap fighter and I believe sbw could beat him on his worSe day, but at the end of day tHe buffalo will keep coming forward With predict actable slow jabs, with slow lateral movement, he won't be able to keep up with sbw work rate..... IMO ... Ud or mid ko..... I hate rating Williams but he skill and if he wanted can compete with the best in the boxing league... I hate saying that so much .....
    Give up tha footy and have a go !!!lol hahaha just like mundine

    Frans Botha will turn 44 before he meets SBW, and has the undefeated Francesco Pianeta to contend with first. Interesting choice of opponent for SBW though.

    Frans Botha - full time boxer,record of 59 fights,48wins,7losses,3 draws..Career highlights include -winning IBF title (although was stripped),drawing with Shannon Briggs,Clifford Eitienne,Beating Timo Hoffman,Flo Simba,Bostice etc..went 12 rounds with 3 time heavyweight champion Michael Moorer(in his prime)...fought tyson (and was beating him on scorecard b4 beeing ko'd),lewis,grant,holyfield,Klitschko..tittles held nabf,wbf x2 and ibf(although stripped)..currently ranked 103 Boxrec

    Buffalo quite easily on this fight,thinking that winning a NZ title can justify a real fight even if botha is old is rediculious,goodluck!but I think such a fight at this stage is rediculous and just a promotional farce to keep sbw in the spotlight whilst only fighting once a year!!!
