The opponent could have been a TAD bite better, but I have no complaints. ****in' love Carl Froch...guys a warrior and puts it all on the line and brings no bull****. Resume is impressive...and I think he has earned the right to have a easy night on the town. **** it' tho, let him have a fun time with a moving punching bag in the ring.

And Froch already fought Bute and Dirrell, two fights Ward missed out on. Hell Ward wouldn't fight Bute once let alone twice.

 

Are people seriously questioning Froch? Pretty sure all the doubters should have ****ed off and crawled under a rock together by now. So he's taking a fight that isn't exactly a marquee name, so ****ing what, lets write a list up of current active fighters doing exactly that right now. I think we'll be here all night.

 

Yea, a unexpected easy night on the town...Huge difference.

This fight is a proven win, no way Carl loses this.....The Bute fight, he wasn't even favored to win, plus he came to the ring as a challenger not a champion. So it doesn't matter if he had a easy night or not. The pressure and stakes was on and he brought his A game and he won the title in convincing fashion. All Carl has to do is bring his B or even C game and he will still win vs this guy. This, is what I call, just a "take it easy" fight. And he has earned the right to have one.

 

Given the vast amount of elite opposition he's fought, he deserves an easy one while staying active.

 

If anybody is deserving of an easier touch, it's Froch.

 

Ward is a great fighter but some of his nuthuggers (not fans) bring him up anytime froch is mentioned

 

I thought it could be sweet if they could stage it as a co main witht he Bute4 Grachev fight.:think
