Degale goin on channel 5 with Hennesy, saw the muppet at v fest

Possibly, some people are easy to dislike though no matter what they do, Degale needs to be humble more than anything, I have my doubts that trait is in his character though.

He's a great person but I told him myself it's how he was portrayed before the Groves fight that really got under people's skin, if people actually spent time with him like I have over the years they'd see he was a good person and will help anyone if possible..

I understand why people don't like him but don't believe everything you see on tv cos the tv don't live with him, I remember Mike Tyson telling me he had media in there hundreds round him when he done something controversial but when he was attending charities and hospitals giving away hundreds of thousands at times then no one showed up then:-(

I would say on balance he probably isn't!

 

I guess a lot of people forget when you have a big fight coming up, you can't always be the nice guy. More often than not, most boxers I've met tend to be top blokes but can be a totally different animal before a fight, which is fare enough really, it can be a very punishing sport.

tbf he came across as quite a nice bloke, he wasn't arrogant or cocky like you'd imagine. At the end of the day he's british,he's got skills and even tho the smw div is full of talent i believe he could get hold of a belt soon enough if he knuckled down.:bbb

clearly not, didnt really fancy a 4 punch combo, and the fact he had quite a tasty firm with him. meetin the man in person has changed my opinion if him.

 

He never used to be that's for sure.. He's a very nervous person IMO and that's the reason he acts the way he acts I personally believe, Del ain't this big aggressive monster he is portrayed to be..

I have heard this from a few people, maybe he get's over excited when the camera is on him and he panic's causing him to come across as a bit of a *****, Im the same I hate my picture being taken, unless im being fondled by a couple of page 3 girl's, I don't mind then.

 

I always thought he was alright it was just the groves build up which made him look a right ****. I wanted him to beat smith which I got a lot of stick for off the lads
