    Perfect contrast of style. Mayorga was coming off an upset KO of Andrew Lewis and Forrest had just beaten Shane Mosley in big upsets. This for the undisputed 147 pound title.

    I haven't seen this one in a while, hard to imagine it was nearly 10 years ago.... I miss Forrest's presence in boxing, he was such a good guy... anyway, great fight, thanks for posting.:good

    Watching this fight back, I'm kind of shocked that it looks like Mayorga is as fast as Forrest, more wild of course, but the speed and intent is there and at least on par IMO

    Would have loved to have seen Mayorga/Margarito prime for prime. Marg was around back then :yep

    I really would have loved to seen the Mosley from the first ODLH fight, against the Mayorga from this fight.:yep

    When I watched this, I remember thinking that Mosley had the style to beat Mayorga even though he was bested by Forrest.. Would have been a great fight.

    That Mayorga, would have crapped on Margarito. Too tough, too much power, and faster.
