Who do you pick to win? Fight is on 1 September so in 10 days from now. Imo it will be GGG by KO/TKO or Proksa on points. Proksa in this fight cant run out of gas in any round for even a second or he may get hurt bad and loose by one punch (havent seen or dont remember Proksa on canvas by landed punch though).

Well the thing is universally Golovkin is recognised as a skillful pugilist. I think he makes wonderful angles and can do great damage with left hooks but he seems ambidextorous.
That said - Golovkin is hyped beyond belief and going by this forum there would be no point in Chavez and MArtinez fighting each other as according to ESB GGG worshipers he whill ko them both at the same time lol.

But in all seriousness this could be a test for GGG. I think Proksa will be aywkward for him and he will be a lively opponent for a couple of rounds. However Proksa's stlyle is all wrong for anyone with solid basics and quick hands who can make angles. In fact GGG is Proksas worst nightmare style wise in my opinion.

I think Proksa would have good style for someone who relies on their jab like Andy Lee or Sturm. But GGG will pierse that hands low defense and ko him in my opinion.

Golovkins only question mark is his LOC. But on an aside, his LOC is only questionable because no one will fight him.

He loses the first 2 rds while Proska circles him well enough, but catches up to him in the 3rd and shatters his mandible in 30 places.:think

I think this one may be closer than expected. Golovkin is there to be hit, as the Ouma fight clearly shows.

I think Proksa makes it awkward for GGG but loses on points or via late TKO

    totally agree :deal

Proksa almost went down in the Hope rematch, but only because Hope tried to rugby tackle him to the canvas

this will be the biggest test for both guys, so let's hope they both give it their all in the ring

    GO SUPER G!!!

I feel Proxa is getting beaten at the top level
unless he can learn from his mistakes.

The rematch with Hope showed emphatically that he can. If Proksa can survive a scare or two, I feel he's the much busier, more creative puncher and will walk away with a decision. If both come in top form, this could be a FOTY though.....

Nah, Golovkin changed up his style for that fight, tried to brawl it out with Ouma. Normally he's not easy to hit.

    This is a good fight.
