    I laughed when he said this!

    Weighed just short of 270 last time out, never weighed less than 246 as a pro, also trained relatively hard to weigh the 246. Maybe with lipo, but otherwise not a hope....

    You must be disappointed with Solis? He has the potential to be the best Cuban pro heavyweight ever, and the ability to win world titles, but he clearly has a complete lack of desire. If he was under 235lbs, he'd be a serious threat to anyone in the division but he obviously doesn't care enough to work hard in the gym. He looks awful at times.

    There's no doubt in my mind tha Solis could make 175. However, it's not going to happen. I highly doubt he'd want to put in the work to make that happen, and it would be pointless anyway.

    Solis has some beef going on now with Don King, last time I checked the fight was on,but his camp isn't happy about being kicked out from the eliminators to the title.

    I'm indeed disappointed but there are some other personal issues regarding Solis,his metabolism has gone ballistic and he's having some serious problems about getting his weight down,Diaz has been very careful about not risking stamina-power and mobility and he was in a decent track when his knee failed him.Something I can tell you about Solis; he is tough and fearless,and will fight anybody anywhere anytime.
