Just like Castillo-Floyd who i have 1-1 is officially 2-0 for Floyd.

 

FMJ-JLC 1 is a close, either way kinda fight that I generally wind up scoring a draw. A couple of very close swing rounds that could swing the zult of the fight either way.

JMM-Pac III (the one I called for JMM) was a bit more definitive than that fight, imo.

Either way, 135 ain't Floyd's best weight and I wouldn't consider him to be unbeatable at LW. It's a ****ing deep division.

 

Floyd Jr at 130 , and Roy Jr at 168 is just a blur and untouchable. If they never move up in weight they would never lose.

 

True no way would he go through Duran,Whitaker,Chavez,Leonard,Williams,A Young Napoles,Armstrong,Ross,Canzoneri,Montgomery,Carter,Ortiz,Arguello etc without suffering a loss. he would have a much better chance at 130 that was his best weight by far.

 

At 130 I still got J.C.Chavez over him h2h, he has the style AND the skill to do what Castillo & (to a lesser extent) Jesus Chavez failed to do.

 

Floyd was injured against Castillo and even then Floyd was fighting with a distinct size disadvantage.

I don't recall Chavez weighing upwards of 150 in any of his lightweight fights on fight night.

 

Castillo is a great fighter at 135 but Floyd beat him with one arm after 5 rounds so that is not a reliable blue print. Not to mention that FLoyd probably to him lightly.

No way Chavez beats jr. if the fantasy did took place Floyd will put on the best performance of his life.

Floyd has all the advantages in boxing ability except for Power and more than likely chin. Chavez is too slow to keep up with Peak primed Floyd.

 

yup Chavez would give him hell and so would Armstrong with his non stop pressure, Arguello would be an intriguing fight but i would probably favor Floyd on that one cause alexis struggled a bit with fighters who moved and Floyd used his feet a lot at 130 with that said with Alexis accuracy,timing and punching power i wouldnt count him out but he would be the underdog IMO.

 

theres is a lot of fighter that can beat mayweather at 130-135

 

Chavez was able to close the distance on both Camacho and Taylor, both of whom were faster than Floyd.

Chavez is a very difficult matchup for Floyd anywhere between 130 and 140.
