Floyd. close though. I think that Floyd wouldnt have lost to Randall amongst all the other losses he had. but I also think that floyd was an absolute terror at 130 and 135.

I've got Sr. at about 26 and FMJ around 34, at the moment. :conf I do a lot of reevaluating though. It's part of the fun in doing your own lists. :yep

Chavez is my favorite boxer of all time and Mayweather is my favorite current boxer, i think both are pretty close but chavez is probably 3-5 spots ahead. he didnt have the athletic ability that floyd has but his resume is way better when with mayweather its a thing of If he had fought everyone he couldve beaten them but he didnt

    THIS ^ :good:deal

Chavez Sr was a warrior in the ring no doubt but u can't compare him with Floyd jr in terms of boxing achievements , period .

Just look what fighters Floyd beat and where they were ranked :deal

Common sense would normally point staright to JCC,but he was up to his neck in corruption with Don King in his peak years whilst Floyd at least fought big names for the majority of his elite years.
It's only a personal opinion but my view of JCC is permanently tainted when I think of people like the poor guy from Chicago who sold his business and mortgaged his balls just to put on a JCC show and got burned when they put him in with an alias bum and JCC did nothing to promote the fight.
    The poor guy was ruined.

ATG lists are useless, formed by a bunch of historical old farts who still cling to the good old days.

2 dudes who would beat the living **** out of Floyd's best win in Corrales.

Lockridge was actually a very good boxer himself. Try learning more about the guys Chavez fought at the time.

As for the thread, Chavez of course.
