Eh, more of a volume puncher. He's nowhere near Rosario. I'd also place Duran over him. Roger Mayweather was a poor man's Tommy Hearns, but his right hand was a cannon at LW.

At HW I'll put in Lem Franklin and Curtis "Hatchetman" Sheppard, both of whom have a claim to being the hardest-hitting heavyweights of their era.

At LH I'll give a shout to Ray Actis, whom Billy Conn claimed was the hardest hitter he ever faced. Tiger Jack Fox was still knocking people stiff in the 1940s, so he's way up there as well.

At MW I'll tag Cyclone Hart, Eduardo Lausse and Oscar Rankins.

So many to choose from at every weight...:patsch

Cooney and Baer are hitters; Holmes doesn't belong in the conversation if we're talking about the hardest punchers ever.

Baer was a harder puncher than Cooney, I'd think. I place Baer up there with Foreman and Shavers. He was quite a hitter.
