    Question
Why did Ward demand home advantage against Dawson? Have you noticed the California referees let Ward gets away with headbutting, hitting off the break and hitting while holding? I think Dawson would win at 175 with fair officiating in a neutral location, but the deck is stacked against him.

    Dan Rafael (12:11 PM)

Ward did not "demand" it. It is where the fight made economic sense for both sides. Dawson has no fans and cant sell anywhere. Ward has fans and can sell in Oakland. Pretty easy to figure out where to have the fight.

Dawson is one dimensional and out of his best weight and is going to get tooled. They could fight in Dawson's living room for all I care.

Whoever wrote that question is 100% correct. We all know fat Dan is a complete idiot.

The deck is hugely stacked against Dawson.

Tell lard-ass to have some self dignity and at least hop on a stationary bike or elliptical or something Jesus. And Dawson has no fan-base to speak of? Have you heard his interviews? He is ****ing hilarious. I am a Bad Chad fan so there.

Dawson gets major props if he wins, but not the other way around

Toughest fight or either guys career, both deserve credit for making and/or winning it, only a complete nutter would see it any other way.

Dawson needs Ward, Ward doesn't need him but was grateful enough to give the chance. Simple as that.

If you can't see through that, don't watch the fight.

Except for Dawson rematching the guy who kicked his ass all over the ring right?

You think Pascal (Assuming that's who you're talking about) would be a tougher match? Isn't he fighting Cloud?

I honestly don't see Dawson having much of an issue with him, but maybe that's me being optimistic.. Just seemed like he wasn't there that fight, and when he decided to start letting go the headbutt had to end the fight prematurely.. It was 100% Dawson's fault for not pushing earlier, I just don't think he would have anywhere near the same issues in a rematch.

This is an amazing fight for Boxing purists. Rarely do two fighters of this caliber meet. Especially with the smaller guy having so much to lose.

It is not so amazing for casual fans. I have a bad feeling this will be a stinker. I hope I am proven wrong.

Thats his problem. Was he not "there" against Johnson as well when old ass Glen was beating him all over in the first bout? Dawson is only at his best when he is fighting guys who are looking to stall more than he is (diaconou, etc)
