juan diaz?? if he had power he would've been a wrecking ball. he was hardly elite but come on we're talking about average. he was far from average.

I think Montell Griffin at his very best was a bit above average.. He fought a great fight against Roy Jones.. And he is the only man to this day, to hold wins over both Toney and Jones.

 

haye KO's adamek in 8, but Adamek isn't average- clealy above that. Juan Diaz would rule 135 now, if he is average what the hell is rios

Steven Luevano, Jesse James Leija, John Ruiz, Sergio Mora, were very avg, very boring to me. Juan Carlos Salgado aside his ko of Linares looks like a ko waiting to happen again.

Gatti was average - very entertaining but still in pure boxing ability terms he was average - an above average fighter doesn't lose to Ivan robinson twice nor does he lose to Manfredy and Ward (who was slightly past it when he beat arturo)
