Pac could have made a step toward the fight by testing for the Bradley fight...but he refused VADA testing.

Seriously now, what even playing field are you talking about?

At the time when Pacquiao refused the blood tests he was obviously P4P#1, active, impressive and one of the hottest topics in sports as a whole. Mayweather came back for one fight against Marquez only to decide he wants to implement new sets of rules for this one fight with Pacquiao, why wasn't that requested for Marquez? Truth is, as much as Arum wouldn't want to make this fight(because he wants to keep it in his stable so he ends up the winner no matter what happens as any successful promoter would), Mayweather isn't interested either with his comical demands.

Regarding the "even playing field" comment, Pacquiao has been fighting naturally bigger opponents since 2008. :deal

My question is why did Pac say yes to the drug test after the whole world agreed with him NOT to take it? Shows the original excuse was not valid.. Had Floyd fought Pac in 10 people would have lost interest and Bob Arum knew that, which is why he protected Pac from Floyd for 3 years.

Why can't pac this and that. LOL

People still try to avoid looking at the real reason why floyd requested drug testing when it was time to fight pac.

People who have this mentality is either too narrow minded or just ignoring other reasons just to avoided getting exposed as a fan boy.

Bigger means nothing when they are coming off of KO's or weight drained.. Freddie Roach even said how he ducked Mosley wanted him at 142,then Floyd beats him then all the sudden Manny wants to fight him..

Roach is on record saying Cotto is not the same fighter how he is different and not the same fighter, that is the level playing field I am talking about.. Cotto was one pound bigger, not some huge advantage there...

    This.

Sometimes it's not what you ask for but how you ask for it. For Floyd to just demand this new set of rules and expect Pac to just say, "yes sir" would be idiotic. This is negotiations. If you start giving in to everything they are asking for, they will start to ask for everything else. You have to stand your ground. And as you said, Pac had just as much clout as Mayweather at the time, if not a bit more.

then why didn't floyd request extra testing ( wouldn't even call it OSDT coz it's really not Olympic style testing ) to his past opponents? The reason why floyd just started putting that in his fight contracts so that he won't look like he's scared to fight pac.

If Floyd was out to clean out the sport with cheats, why isn't he lobbying to make it a standard? Floyd owns a promotional company. How come his fighters aren't signing up to get it done?

I'm stopping right here. It's tiresome to argue with people who close their minds to facts.
