PPV average- Mayweather wins Last PPV- Floyd Mayweather 1.5 million Last PPV for Pacquiao- 700k :rofl
If my numbers were better? NO. It's about what each person produces; what he brings in. Why would I want to give someone else more money then they have shown to produce? If I have a business and you have a business and my business produces more revenue than yours, why would I want to split the profits? Now I don't know what Manny/Floyd's "exact" numbers are which is why I liked the idea of them opening the books and leaving it out on the table for an independent auditor to look at and decide... Of course there is also the concern of who is going to promote this fight since Floyd does his own and Manny has Arum.
-Pac's main fan base is in the Phillipines. Last PPV for Pac-They should have had Chavez Jr on the undercard just like Floyd did with Canelo. Canelo has been Floyds latest fights. 60-40 for the winner 70-30 if by KO Fair enough. Trying to be fair here and not biased.
paquio vs jmm 3 did 1.25. i am sick and tired of people using the most convinient stats... Mayweather pulls more then paquio but not that much more if the card is stacked with good fighters. put cotto, paquio, canelo on the same card and i gurantee you it will do close to 1.5 milliion.
no but i would give him at least the 50 million he wants just to make this fight and put it in a soccer stadium
No it really didn't LOL. That was the # given by Bob Arum. It did 950-1 mill Mayweather/Ortiz did 1.25 million and they didn't have a stacked undercard.
I would be taking a paycut. If I won, I don't win much more than I did with Cotto..if I lose, I take a paycut. Manny would be guarantee'd to make the most he has ever made by more than double, why Floyd would only make a few million more than the $45 million he made with Cotto. With the winnder take more idea, Floyd gets raped and is handed his ass at the negotiation table.
Nah.. Floyd's the biggest draw.. Undefeated, Pac lost.. Wether his fans want to accept it or not. robbery or not.. He lost his last fight so.. anyway NO!
So flawed. If your talking money, Floyd averages about $29,000,000 more in revenue, with common opponents, over Manny. Floyd averages almost 400,000 more PPV buys in common opponents which is close to 33% of what Manny does total. Those are big numbers.
Floyd did 1.2 million with a guy (Ortiz) who was never on a PPV:rofl..never even a co main event on a ppv. Meantime, Manny had Bradley as a co main event for the Marquez 3 fight and couldn't even break 900k in his very next fight with Bradley.:rofl Let's also not forget that Manny is 1-1 no matter how you look at it. Marquez got robbed just as Manny did. So Manny stock has dropped either way. Wether you look at his loss vs Bradley "officially" or his loss vs Marquez (unofficially), he still has diminished draw power.
