Wow, they gave me the decision guys! Did you notice how many headbutts I got away with in the fight? It was my tactic, to press forward with the head, and throw as many pitter patter punches at his gloves to look busy as I could. I think I did manage to hit him with about 6 punches throughout the fight, glad the judges yet again rewarded my workrate over quality and clean landing shots! Now to fight Mundine next year, better enjoy these belts whilst I can, I am still not on Choc's level

Geale worked the body well which I havent seen to much of in his career. Paid off in the later rounds. The look on Sturms face once the final bell rang said it all. He knew he lost the fight
i thought the only reasonable card was 116-112 for sturm, I landed 6 punches (and about 15 headbutts) only all fight. Glad to scrape another dodgy split decision title. Shame I will never win decisively, with my lack of power, and inability to land anything apart from on the glove or arm i will continue to scrape together these split decision wins.
