Eric "Butterbean" Esch has knocked out 2 guys faster than Tyson. One is even a record in one state. By your logic that means Butterbean > prime Tyson.
Nor did he do anything effective in the fight. You're fooling yourself if you don't think Tyson struggled with taller opponents. As you have noticed, Vitali has never been beaten down the way Tyson has been on several occasions. Styles make fights, and Vitali is all wrong for Mike.
I meant to say the only way VK lasts the distance is by holding on for dear life. The dip in class in the heavyweight division today is clearly evident. These so called "challengers" to the Klit bros. don't even know how to work their way inside, constantly letting them dictate the fight on their terms and not implementing a Plan B. They're content to hang in there and earn a payday, these 15-0 fighters who aren't even proven yet.
If that bum Chisora can successfully get on the inside against Vitali then a prime Tyson is not going to have any trouble.
No he isnt, Tucker was much better than Vitali, and you cant blame Tyson for Smith, i dont think youve even watched the fight. Vitali on his best night couldnt beat Lennox Lewis. Between them Tyson/Lewis stopped Ruddock, Biggs, Bruno, Botha and Golota. Tucker was the only one who neither stopped and he fought both when they were at their very best. Tony Tucker at his best went 12 rounds with both a prime Tyson and a prime Lennox Lewis, When neither Lennox Lewis nor Mike Tyson can knock you out, it speaks volumes
Vitali as never fought anyone of the calibre of Tyson. Holyfield went the distance twice with Lennox Lewis, Vitali had his face carved up, how did Vitali fare better than Holyfield?
