this :deal OVIL KO 1 - Enzo will get smashed in the first, McKenzie is a machine in the first 3 rounds and I don't see Enzo's glass withstanding it.. please retire man!
Absolutely no need for this fight to happen. Enzo is completely gone now, anything more (especially vs. a big puncher like McKensie) is unnecessary & dangerous. He's had the big nights in his career as a World Champion. Falling back to this level now serves no purpose because he's never getting back to his peak
I could say that I don't want this fight to happen............. ........but that would be a lie. I like Enzo, he has given me some really exciting boxing memories, he seems like a genuinely nice guy out of the ring, and I'm enjoying his first steps into the world of commentating; so part of me doesn't want to see him humiliated. However, I like 'car crash tv', and this fight has all the makings of it. The decline in Enzo's ability to take a punch has been constant, every fight he looks more delicate than the last; his last outing against McPhilbin was truly shocking, and as far as I am concerned the official result means nothing, he was knocked out quickly. He probably still has a bang, and if he hits someone cleanly he has a good chance, but I can't think of many active fighters that I am aware of that have a weaker 'beard' than Enzo. I think this one will be brutal, KO round 1, Ovill knows what to do and I think he'll do it. Shame on FW for letting this fight go ahead, he publically announced sometime a go that Enzo was unsafe to put in the ring, and yet he is still making it possible. Shame on you FW, and shame on all those concerned that could perhaps influence Enzo. The man needs saving from himself IMO.
If i can get anything approaching 8/11 for an ovil ko i will be all over it but i doubt the bookies will offer that to be fair.
Just the thought of this fight makes me wince. The only fighter I'd put Enzo in win at this point would be Paulie M and even then I wouldn't rule out a late TKO.
You know what Smoggy, I think you could well be right. I remember the opening seconds of the McPhilbin fight and Enzo hopped back chin in air and i'm sure he closed his eyes. Ovil's tactics- Hit him on chin!!
