From maybe the 4th round on, has either of them ever been behind on the scorecards?

    Yes, to win some fans

Plus why would you need to win by knockout after 4 rounds when there is 8 more rounds to go?

Vitali needed a KO against Lewis, as it was obvious from the point the first cut happened that the fight wasn't going the distance.

Vitali done well to get TKO'd by Lewis, you could tell by fans reaction at the end.

I just don't remember any fight that they were behind on the scorecards after minimum 4 rounds. Either one.

No. The closest fight for Wlad was Peter 1.

Or maybe he was saying just how dominant Wlad is.
