Chad Dawson ko'd by Edison Miranda while sparring

what do you not understand that the rumor was started by jeff mayweather on sherdog and that the TS is simply informing esb bloggers of said rumor?

it is then up to esb bloggers to determine on their own if said rumor is valid or not.

i appreciate the TS because there is far more than a reasonable doubt that this rumor is not only true(this is a certainity) but that the person(mayweather) that started said rumor actually have substance as well.

regardless of mayweather telling the truth or not good thread, TS.

 

What YOU do not understand is that my source is closer to the situation than Mayweather. I don't give a flip what he has said. All the Mayeweathers talk too much and I doubt even they themselves believe half of what they say. Mayweather being the first only gave other people who couldn't say anything leeway to talk about it since it was already out there.

 

Yeah didn't Sr. make a big deal about Andre Dirrell kicking Dawson's ass in sparring. According to Dirrell, they were going at it back and fourth, but nothing serious and this happened before the Adamek fight.

 

If Hermit says he has a source than this appears to be true. What's scary is how people who know about what happened are so hush hush about it. Makes me think this was much more than a minor knockdown. Damn. My boy still has some killer power at LHW. Knocking out the champ! WAR PANTERA :happy

 

Yes I did read the thread no one mentioned that Dawson was seriously hurt. I seriously doubt Dawson had to stop sparring for 10 days (maybe a couple days) which is a bunch of BS on your part. There is still no source from Jeff (not even a twitter link).

 

Too bad the belt doesn't change hands in sparring sessions though.

if you would have went to the sherdog thread to read up on this then you wouldve known that the rumor is that he was ko'd. and said rumor was stated as such by jeff mayweather himself...on the forum thread. i suggest you read it.

and when you are ko'd you generally suffer a concussion.

and when you suffer a concussion you are generally affected for 10 days...minimum. i suggest you read up on that as well.

if you read my post its the right of everyone on esb to see both sides of the story...and not just yours and your source, who may or may not be "closer to the situation than Mayweather."

and ive stated on another post on this same thread that it may be mayweathers intention to create confusion to further inflate the odds as the mayweathers are known gamblers and that if chad can fight effectively at 168 as 175 then the current line of dawson +250 is a bad line.

if dawson was indeed ko'd in camp this close to the fight then only a fool would be betting on chad or the over.

 

Well there are two sides of the story. One is from that forum link you provided, the other link is from the Bronx. If Dawson was knocked out from sparring, the fight would be canceled, and Dawson would have every reason to cancel the fight since it wasn't too long ago he was in a match, and now Hermit thinks the rumor is bogus or exaggerated.

 

Not saying this rumor and the intention of it is changing the odds is ture, but they have changed a lot in the past few days:
