Who does he fight next? Shumenov Cleverley Dawson Cloud They are the 4 world champions who I can't see him fighting next so should/could he go for someone like Pascal or does he go for a fringe world operator?
If he wins (wich I doubt), I expect Cleverly will do anything to avoid a rematch... So it probably will be Shumenov or Cloud.
Why is the Miranda fight in London as opposed to Liverpool were Tony would obviously sell more tickets?
Firstly he has to get past Miranda, and with all the talk of the future one would expect Hearn and MR to be looking for Tony to put on a show, so i think the next step will depend on how Tony looks in getting the job done against Miranda first and foremost If Tony looks a million dollars Hearn may look for an immediate World Title shot with a big purse as a bargaining tool for the others outside of Dawson and Cleverly, or .................... and this is probably more like Hearn, he'll go down the mandatory route and work Tony up that way Again, it depends how Tony looks against Miranda But i see the patient, well ish build up going down the mandatory route for Bellew, not a bad thing though IMO Does anyone know which of bodies rank Tony the highest ??
Can't see him getting a Title shot If he beats Miranda maybe a fight with Chilemba could happen with Erdei being on the sidelines.
Darren Barker is ****ing ****, his fight was in noway bigger than Bellow/Miranda. Bellew/Miranda should be in Liverpool. It's actually annoyed me.
I think if Tony " sensationally " puts out a statement against Miranda, Hearn could potentially jump straight to the L'Pool Echo arena, or the M.E.N, on Sky which guarantee's good purse's all round Shumenov or Cloud would / could fancy a bit of that ............................
Does anybody think this is a dangerous fight..? Mirinda is a slightly ******ed fighter technically, but i feel this makes him dangerous. Mirinda is probably fitter, faster stronger than ever before, because he is not having to drain to make 168.... Bellew on the other hand, physically if i was his doctor..? I would advice him not to fight at 175, he could so easily be a heavyweight Tony Bellew. If he was to eat normally, and train he would be over 200 pounds. Its a risky business, having to cut weight and facing bangers! Whenever Bellew has faced a banger, he has hit the deck! Not because he has bad punch resistant! It's because he is physically drained at the weight.
He is not ready for the other world champions. He is No.2 with the EBU, with there No.1 being Karo Murat who is due to fight Cloud for the IBF. The European champion Eduard Gutkenekt is due to fight Jurgen Braehmer in December so Tony will be in line for the winner early next year. What he and Eddie wan't to do is have a fight that solidifys his position with the EBU and become the mandatory, while improving his world ranking. Dawid Kostecki is 34-1 from Poland. http://boxrec.com/list_bouts.php?human_id=93633&cat=boxer He is no.9 with the IBF and he is No.4 with the EBU.
He needs to get his rankings up so a fight with this guy:- http://boxrec.com/list_bouts.php?human_id=322907&cat=boxer 7 with WBC 10 with WBA 12 with IBF
