Well, I kneed down actually. I was pissed of at myself, not the fella who outweighed me by 20 pounds and was throwing punches like I had a knife in my hand.

I got hit by a left hook in sparring, Micky Ward Style, It knocked the ****ing air out of me, but I was still standing, then he continued and trippled the thing up, after that I had to knee. Got up 3 seconds later, round ended. I have remarkable recovery skills, might I add :rofl

I'm pissed because there is practically nobody in my gym around my size, Im only 126 pounds! But people have this perception that I weigh 147! I would go in and correct my mistakes, but the gym is closed all next week for maintenance, bad way to end the week.

I feel like low tier garbage. But there is always room for improvment!

    It's cool bro.

Back when I was in, I got kd and my head bounced off the ropes. Next thing I know everyone's standing around me and my trainer is asking who the President was.

You can only learn from it. :good

dang man, thats brutal, in my situation, the size is so different that I feel that I'm being outclassed, and that my punches have no steam. The guy dropped his hands and let me tee of on his body, I was so embarrassed.

plus I blame the body shot on Winky Wright, I was watching alot of his fights last night, so my hands were high, because I was trying to emulate him, next time i'll stick to the basics

There is absolutely no one who doesn't get dropped, bloodied or taken out of their zone during sparring. You don't want it to happen too often, but that's what sparring is for.
Stay hungry and you'll be alright.

126 lbs. You're the size of a small girl. You should take up horse jockeying instead. Clown

pay no attention to that guy lol his point count tells you everything

everyone gets rocked sometime, although i havnt when i trained but i remember one time me and all my friends decided to "box" and i was just some reckless guy who would throw arm punches and walk forward. Got Caught with so many clean punches it accumulated and then finally a good one and heavy haymaker two and i was on one knee

Glad i started ****ing training :thumbsup

I here ya man, the guy I was sparring jab was like a telephone pole, the only way I had a chance to land something was by parrying, but after I got hit, I just shelled up, and the rest is history.

i folded like a lawn chair after sparring someone real good a weight class above me. Man when the guy knows how to hit and is a heavy puncher for the weight it just gets hard mentally to deal with the punch just as much physically.
