Not my hero..not even an Adamek fan. Just seeing your goofy kid posts over and over in all the threads. You are completely out of your element. You just don't understand what you are watching and that is fine. Just don't announce it to everyone.
Dude, watch the fight! I wouldn't say he went life and death. He got caught cold early by a ****ing bomb!! The fact that he even got up was almost surprising. Then he managed to survive the onslaught, get his legs back, and then he ****ing nailed Walker with a right that crumpled him. I actually gave Walker the uneventful first round where not much happened, because I thought Walker landed the two best shots of the round (nothing that big, though). He was NEVER cut out to be a top heavyweight. But he is a warrior with tremendous heart and determination, and nobody could question that. The fact that he is having ANY success at heavyweight is a testament to his heart, courage, and hard work.
The problem is everyone thinks you are a clown. So if you pick up something intelligent about the fight game on the street and want to relay it here as your own original thought, even if it is insightful, no one will take you seriously because you are who you are...which is a cartoon character.
must be tough to see Adamek showing heart like he did, how much are you butthurt by that? on a scale of 1 to 10?
Talk about overglorifying an above average HW. Adamek isn't too undersized at HW and weighs in at >220. I acknowledge that his frame is a bit narrow but going by numbers alone, he's a full-fledged heavyweight. And let's face it, an average one at best. Being a "warrior" and having "heart" is not to be confused with blocking punches with your face and do nothing about it like versus Vitali and Chambers. He has no business at the top.
I feel bad for Walker, he just can't seem to take recuperate when he's hurt. Maybe he's better off changing his style or something. When your getting staggered by light fist punchers like Adamek, then it is time to consider the effects of previous concussions. It's taken it's toll on Travis i think.
I'm not saying Adamek is going to make any huge noise as a heavyweight. I've always been against the move up, as I know he's just physically too small. But he is a helluva fighter to watch! This fight was exciting to watch. I saw it with a couple of people here and we were all stunned when Adamek got clocked.
The dumbest things fighters like Walker do is not take a knee. This allows them to extend the fight, recuperate, and possibly catch the opponent. Way too much dumb bravado on trying to stay upright.
I have a lot of respect for Adamek. The guy always comes to fight. I'm gong to have to watch this on youtube.
