I am talking about a boxer that,no matter how many ways you spin it,no matter how many excuses are given, should have done better in thier fight.

Razor Ruddock performance against Lennox Lewis was pretty bad. You could see he was trying to think about what Floyd Patterson had been teaching him and he was very slow, mechanical and deliberate.

He threw some slow, telegraphed jabs to the body that Lewis just zeroed in on. Lennox was just waiting for it. Even after he got decked he did it again!

I remember seeing ****** Juuko get demolished by someone, Michael Gomez I think it was, and I was utterly astonished that it was the same guy who fought Floyd Mayweather and actually managed to give Diego Corrales a very competitive fight.

He was really a sad sight, missing wildly with all his punches, clumsy, no balance and ever punch he took hurt him visibly. I remember being afraid for the poor man's life because it honestly looked like he was going to suffer permanent damage.

    Muhammad Ali versus Larry Holmes

Ali should have never been allowed in the ring.

Not sure if it's really the worst, but Frazier vs Foreman I was pretty bad.

It's funny you mentioned Corrales and Mayweather because in all honesty Diego could certainly be put forward as a good example. No matter how good mayweather was that night it woukdnt have hurt to throw a ****ing jab :patsch unacceptable for someone who had that kind of being advantage and was p4p rated at the time.

I have to disagree. In the worst possible stylistic match up against arguably the biggest puncher of all time and would have kept going after being knocked down for a 6th time if the ref hand't of stopped it.

    William Joppy against Felix Trinidad.

He probably woudve lost anyway but he couldve at least held his hands up once he saw that Trinidad was that fast. He was holding his hands at his waist and standing toe to toe with one of the most murderous punchers of recent years. Maybe he couldve tried moving away from the lefhook as well.

The fact that he got up 6 times is indeed incredible, and I'm not doubting that. But as a big fan of Joe Frazier, it's disappointing that he got knocked down 6 times in 2 rounds in the first place. So, overall I'd say that was a pretty bad performance.

When did he ever use his advantages though? He was overrated, though could whack and was very exciting.

Roberto Duran brought not one ounce of 'heart' into the ring versus Pat Lawlor.
