Dawson is trash. A total hypejob with a Glass Jaw.

 

I agree with this. I've seen Dawson put on some disappointing performances, but have never seen his reactions look so slow, his body/chin seem as weak as they do tonight. Def drained..

 

Dawson was caught up in Ward's masterful boxing for most of the 6th. Ward was controlling him beautifully and Dawson was just watching jabs and hooks hit him in the face.

 

Thanks man. I think it shows that Dawson isnt that weight drained. Hes weighing the same in the ring as he did when he fought at light heavy

 

oh please, Dawson said he could come down. Ward didn't ask him for ****. Hell Dawson was saying he could come down to SMW back when he fought Jean Pascal.

 

If Ward believed in himself he would have moved up to beat on Dawson... This is another Paquiao like when he drained cotto to 145 to benefit himself. ***** ****... he needed that extra advantage

 

Ward can cruise to a win. Chad has no answer.

 

Ward's absolutely mastered that little ambushes style of Hopkins. Wonderful ring general. Just a plain brilliant fighter.

If you go back in history, the SMW division is new. There were great MW and LH that could have fought there....like Archie Moore, Ezzard Charles, Floyd Patterson, etc...especially with the weigh-in manipulation they do today.

 

Ward should stop him; Dawson is dangerous

 

Dawson's struggling with short compact punches. In many ways, Dawson fights like a southpaw version of Kessler. He can't fight on the inside and is just OK at mid-range. Those long arms are fairly ineffective once Ward gets within mid-range.

Ward is fighting a really smart fight. He's taking away Dawson's strengths.

 

There is a ****ing landslide in skill between them.
