He's not the best fighter in the world..

This was a good win against a good fighter, and Ward is a pretty good fighter. He's not the most skilled or the best, and I don't see him on the same level as a prime Floyd / Pacquiao . He's not that old though so he has time to improve and accomplish more.

Not really. Manny hasn't looked great in a while. No he didn't look great against Bradley IMO. He looked good but not great. Ward has been fighting top competition for a while now. Plus besides Bute (how is possibly a hypejob), Ward has cleaned out his division. That makes him number 2 P4P in my book.

neither guy is prime though. I'm not ready to put him p4p #1 but I think a case should be made for number 2. Pac hasn't looked good lately. And just amazing perfomance from Ward

Chad looked hell lethargic I think the weight hurt him. I demand a rematch at catchweight.

He did. But then he came back with a dominant win over a undefeated top 10 P4P ranked (equal to or higher than Dawson at the time) fighter in Bradley. It kind of salvaged a step or two since his poor form kicked in in 2011. Ward is definitely catching up, and one more dominating performance from him and another poor performance from Pac in December, will definitely swap the positions between the two.

he just massacred the best Light Heavyweight in the world.

Now. You can say that Dawson was drained and I would agree with you(not to the level of Oscar in the Pac fight, no needle marks on his arms and ****) but even with that he beat Dawson doing exactly what he wanted which was a rough and tumble type of fight and going around Dawson's jab. He took Dawson's jab away and battered him. Possibly the biggest Compubox wipeout since Mayweather Gatti, and he did this against someone much better than Gatti.

Simply Put, there isn't a soul at 160, 168, or 175 that gives Ward any **** at 168. Arum should try to coax Ward into his camp by feeding him Chavez Jr. at the Staples Center after he gets beat on by Martinez. Then finally Donaire would get managed correctly(double headers with Ward at Oracle Arena).

Manny handled Bradley -- an undefeated, awkward, tricky opponent that doesn't make anyone look good -- with ease. Despite his poor form in 2011, that counts for something in halting his decline down the P4P ladder.

Ward has indeed cleaned out 168, and that's what's made him reach hot on the heels of Pac right now; with just one more solid performance needed to ovetake him.

He came in at 180+lbs. Weight had nothing to do with it. Also he didn't just get KO'd but he got dominated from start to finish in all aspects. Ward humiliated Dawson in his prime.
