Floyd has been number two pound-for-pound for some time now while fighter of the decade Manny Pacquiao has been reigning supreme for a while.

Due to Floyd's inactivity he should be dropped from being number two to Manny Pacquiao to I would say unranked.

We see all this talk about Andre Ward entering the p4p top five. I'd say Ward takes Floyd's spot at number two.

You're right...Floyd shouldn't be number two....How are you going to upgrade Floyd, what higher than number 1?

Floyd was always #1 lets be honest.

Recently I know alot of people put him back at #1 after seeing Pacquiao had two back to back questionable performances.

Now that Ward has put in another steller performance I think Mayweather is still #1 but I wouldn't be mad if someone had him #2 behind Ward. Behind anyone else is just unbelieveable.

Mayweather could have ranked #1 in 09, likely should have been #1 in 10, and certainly was in 11 aftet Pacquiao LOST his fight with JMM. He is still #1 at the end at 12.

Ward has a good case to be be ranked number 2 behind Pacquiao. I can see Floyd dropping from number 2 to number 3 pound for pound..

Inactivity... Theyve both fought the same number of times this year. At least Floyd moved up a weight to challenge.

I'm Pac's biggest fan and I detest Floyd, but I'd have no problem with anyone having Floyd #1 now. Pac hasn't looked like himself since Nov 2010, 3 fights ago/almost 2 years ago. Floyd is the one in better form (even though the Cotto fight was closer/tougher than I expected). I had Pac-JMM 3 razor-thin and thought Pac beat Bradley clearly, but he didn't impress me in either fight, nor did he vs Mosley. I think Manny is clearly further past his prime than Floyd is. Pac is a shadow of his 2008/2009 peak. JMHO.

I hope not this time around after seeing Pac significantly decline from his 2008-2009 version
