:deal Sandow did a few good things in the last six weeks - and I noticed in one of the close ups he's miles fitter than he was at the start of the season. Still. I can't love him unconditionally until he starts taking out the stupider aspects of his game. First priority is to stop charging out with his 'feared' shoulder charges. They come off about 30% of the time and the rest of the time they leave his centre and wing stranded. I'm sure Ricky Stuart will be kicking his arse a few times before he gets the message. As for the Dugan scuttlebutt you may as well start throwing that **** at Inglis too - they say he couldn't bench 50kgs when he first went to Melbourne....
GI is in great shape now duke. Granted that he came into 2011 in poor condition, but he has filled out a lot since his early storm days and isn't overweight. Have you downloaded sopranos yet?
I should start giving you tips to the teams training timetable so you can come across as a real bad stalker
Crocker has grown up over the last few years but he was dumb on the weekend. King for Manly is a thug and apparently is allowed to play this weekend but Matai will miss a week. Reports on Jamie Lyon are looking good for Manly fans, so therefore Back to back baby !!! :happy:happy:happy
@ Pecks for some reason my proxy shits it when i try to reply to your post so.... 1. Will check Sopranos out for sure. 2. I wasn't on GI's fitness - just using him as an example of a string bean that filled out when club S&C coaches got their mitts on him. Same as Dugan. If people will accuse Dugan of being on PED's for filling out a frame then so many player have been in the same boat.
I still believe if he dropped another 5-10 kg he would just be unstoppable, he's quick and agile now, imagine if he was a little lighter. He's dropped some weight just playing in Fullback IMO. :deal Hasn't hurt his game, infact it's improved it.
Agree Dugans gain is one of the biggest shoot ups I have witnessed especially in the short time frame.
I reckon it'd do him more harm than good actually. He has speed and strength these days. What he lacks in dexterity, he makes up for in strength. So many times when bringing the ball back he has just ran straight through the first defender. He's like a bucking bull.
Ah, my bad. I'll reserve my judgement on Dugan until Saturday night. Sopranos is a winner man. But be warned, it did take me a season and a half to really gel to the show. Upon first viewing, you may find season 1 to be a bit characterized, and the show to be a bit slow paced.
