How many calories per day are you lot eating whilst in training also state your weight with it it will be interesting to see what people are saying
Really?? you must have a low metabolism. I would go to the doctors. At the moment i am 93kg and eating 2500 - 3500 calories a day not training and gaining no extra weight. If i trained aprox 10-15 hours a week on the same diet i would way 75-80kg in 6 months. what training are you doing?? resistance, dynamic, cardio............
a good system to work on is 40 kcal per kg of body weight for your average enthusiast trains about 2 hours a day a pro will eat aprox 55cals per kg of body weight training at high volumes, 6 hours per day kinda thing not actually tried it out but its tried and tested in pro athletes across the world so cant be to far from the truth cheers
69.5 kg. I was eating about 1700-2000 cal a day for the last 8 months to lose weight. Gonna have to up now though to maintain. But I'm so used to diet I'm having a hard time trying to fit more in. I think roughly 2600 is my maintenance level.
My metabolism is extremely fast to where the doctor thought i had thyroid issues but i don't. Right now I'm eating about 5000 calories or more a day. I drink a gallon of milk a day ontop of all my food. Right now I only weigh 120, If i don't maintain my diet i will lose weight real fast. Since I've been going to the gym more often (every other day) my hunger has skyrocketed and I've been eating like crazy. Hopefully I start gaining weight!
So everything included you're consuming around 7000 calories a day and you're not gaining weight? Just lol. You're overestimating by a huge amount.
