lets see....oleg mascaev has lost 6 fights at that time all by KO. at some point, 9 out of 10 vitali opponents wont see round 12. when the fight with vitali didnt happen, he goes up against 14-2 Nagy Agulera and gets wrecked in 1 round. :rofl

so, i'm not sure if Mascaev would have won either ...tough call

Vitali won't leave unfinished business. He will take care of everyone.

Lewis on other hand didn't rematch Vitali. Never mind he would rather drop belts than fight mandatories. Lewis's has a record on ducking mandatories.

I have the feeling that some people has a short memory.

there will always be someone claiming unfinished business.

lewis fought 2 times in 2001
    1 time in 2002
    1 time in 2003

43 fights and 3 months shy of being 38. could have made a rematch ? yes.

by looking at the facts above does it surprise anyone that it was no secret he was ready get out the business?

A 40 something year old man shouldn't be accused of ducking anyone.

If Vitali retires now then clearly he's terrified of Stiverne. Stiverne appears to have Vitali's number and I think the big man knows this. This would explain why Stiverne is never mentioned as a possible opponent despite being in the mandatory position.

that's not happening, Arreola currently has no promoter and didn't take part in the bid for the Stiverne fight

So he just coincidentally wants to retire and go into "politics" just as soon as the beastly, monster Stiverne comes onto the scene and is due a shot? No, I'm sorry little lad, I'm not buying this pathetic excuse.
