Wladimir vs. Castillo was not a worldchampion fight. This is a difference! And this thread is not about Wladimir!!!!

Here we have a worldchampionship fight and the cut was not worse. If this stoppage here was legal, than Lewis won TKO 3. Vitali was cut in round 3 and the ref. gave him 3 more rounds.

It is usual do give the cutman the chance wo work on the cut in a Worldchampionship fight!!! Watch Hagler vs. Hearns the same here. Hagler was cut in round 2.

    This stoppage was too early.

The stoppage against Lewis was not too late, the ref. gave him 3!!!!!! more round after beeing cut badly, the right time for Vitali“s health.

Only a dumbass would not bother to actually re-watch the fight, and realize that in those round,Vitali was throwing nothing but slowish punches that Charr was either blocking with his gloves, or completely ducking. Charr's head movement was actually superb.

Vitali landed VERY few meaningful punches in the entire fight. Charr, on the other hand, despite not throwing with much frequency (obviously because he wanted Vitali to tire out) had a very high connect-percentage, and stung Vitali in the head & face quite a few times.

    --------------------------

Someone who doesn't know **** about boxing would probably watch the fight and think Vitali was overwhelming Charr.
True boxing fans can easily see that Charr was working a gameplan, and not getting hurt at all.

Which type of viewer are you?

And anyone who thinks that that stoppage was justified, REALLY DKSAB.

Sealed it with that temper tantrum. Far superior than Vitali's "No!"

What should he have done? bent over, pulled his pants down, and said "more, please?"

Your comment might be the most idiotic I've seen on ESB all year. (and that's really saying something.)

you can't compare vitali/lewis and vitali charr, thats fact.

vitali/lewis was an equal fight, with vitali at point of the stoppage 2 rounds in front. both were fighting for their life.

vitali/charr was no fight, 30-26 after 3 rounds with charr loosing also the fourth..

anybody writes charr landed 40% of his shots in rd 3 and 4 .. 40% of what, this is a joke, vitali landed clean hard shots in rd four, also by moving back, charr landed not 1 hard punch alfter getting cut and throwing his gamplan away and going wild..

he would have lost the 5th, also the 6th and thr 7th, 8th .. 9th and stopped in the 10th, but this didnt happen because we had the

TKO 4, deal with it :deal

    Bull**** stoppage.

I can only imagine the outrage if would have suffered a similar cut and lost his title before his corner even had a chance to work on it.

When Vitali had a fight stopped with multiple cuts around his eye posing a real risk to his health, and after being allowed to carry on for several rounds, his fans declared it a disgrace. Don't see them expressing similar concern about Charrr's stoppage.

Who gives a **** what the scores were? That's irrelevant. A fight stopped on a cut is stopped because of how severe the cut is. Charrrrr's cut wasn't that bad and he wasn't even given a chance to see if it could be controlled.

When Charr starting to attack he was in the same sec on the floor! Also when blood start to pure he started to fight as he knew there is not much longer time he has...

Bad stoppage but Charr was also far from level to beat Vitaly...

both fights were stopped for a good reason. It sucks that Vitali - Lewis fight had to end that way and there should of been a rematch but it had to be stopped . Char - Vitali fight was not even competative and any reason to stop the fights is good since it sucked. Char was not hurt and if he was giving vitali a good fight that stoppage would of been bad.

Stoppage wasn't good. Ref should have gone in the corner and told Charr that he has 2-3 rounds to KO Vitali otherwise fight will be stopped.

The instant stoppage was BS but let's face it guys, Charr wasn't doing anything and wasn't going to do much more. He didn't throw anything.

vitali vs lewis.should the fight have been stopped?yes..should there have been rematch?yes..

vitali vs charr.should it have been stopped?yes.should there be a rematch?nope.charr wasnt in the fight.

lewis was struggling with vitali and with the fact he only took it at 10 days notice there should have been the rematch..thread starter is a tit and a typical example of a hater who dislikes the klits for no boxing reasons...

Similar to how energetic Kevin "SafetyPin" Johnson was after doing literally nothing the entire fight against Vitali. Only afterwards did he act all tough and rough, getting in Wladimir's face. Too bad, so sad, if Charr wanted to win, he would have had to do something earlier, you can't just lose every round and magically expect to win.

Charr's cut was under his eyebrow; the closer it is to the eye, the more likely it is to be an issue, and thus cause the fight to be stopped.
