I'm not a fan of Wards style and I really hope that someone KO him...
Holding and punching, headbutts, using shoulder in the in-fight, clinching half the fight...

He's is just another homeboy in the line after Ottke and Calzaghe..

Kessler could make that KO if he's using the uppercut against Ward who comes in ducking or flying.

I agree that Ward is a homer like Ottke, but where was the Kessler uppercut the first time around? That is actually what puzzles me the most.

Agreed, problem is, no way will he fight dirrel and i feel he already passed on bute when he was fed to froch.

That only leaves pascal and that is hardly inspiring.

I have to admit, as I've been saying ever since Ward beat Kessler, he's an amazing fighter, when people were ripping Calzaghe saying his best win lost to a bum. I honestly think Ward's on a higher level than Mayweather is (idiots who don't know boxing will laugh but there's little in it) but trust me, Calzaghe COULD have beaten him in his peak if he really showed up. I mean Jeff Lacy 209-12 as an amateur and undeafeted IBF champion. Calzaghe gave him the most humiliating defeat I've ever seen at that level but now "you have to remember Lacy was a bum" even though I vividly remember most people on here saying he'd trash Calzaghe. Kessler gave Ward some trouble, and the 07 version would have given him more. British prospects are looked after but let's face it, Americans stay looked after even at the highest level. Mayweather would have a few loses if he took the tough route.
