" Suspicion grows against Julio Cesar Chavez Jr, following defeated middleweight Marco Antonio Rubio's questioning of how the fighter managed to weigh in at a whopping 22lb heavier for their fight than the day before on the scales were both men weighed 160lb...

..Chavez was arrested for driving under the influence only a couple of weeks ago at 4am in the morning, during arguably the most important week of his training camp.

It was reported that the fighter was struggling to make the weight in the days leading to the fight, which is hardly surprising if he is drinking copious amounts of salty, calorific beer.

The reckless drug-cheat son of the former Mexican legend has already been suspended for 7 months in 2010 and his win over Troy Rowland turned into a 'No Contest' following a positive test for a banned diuretic Furosemide which helps making weight - but also more alarmingly, is used to mask much harder steroid use.

Despite Saturday being a WBC world middleweight title fight, it was also astonishing that nobody from the governing carried out a drug test, which only adds to the suspicions.

His father was labelled the "WBC's god son" after he was gifted far more opportunities than he ever deserved. Faded and unranked, he was suddenly instilled as the #1 mandatory challenger to Kostya Tszyu, despite having been wallowing at the lower ranks of Welterweight for a couple of years and had just lost to an unheralded fighter called Willy Wise. No fighters on the Chavez/Rubio card were drug tested, it was a **** up by the Texas Commission.

    Just found this: http://espn.go.com/blog/dan-rafael/post/_/id/1320/take-the-test-chavez-did

But maybe Lee's people didn't get to see if the test was done properly. Texas has a really dodgy commission.

Chavez and Martinez were random tested for urine earlier in their training camp by the Nevada Commission though.

The dispute (for the Lee fight) was that Sugar Hill from Lee's camp was invited to watch the urine test but he described seeing chavez surrounded by 5-6 of his team while the urine test was taken. Hill said that there was no way him or the doctor could verify that the urine actually came from chavez himself. The arguement from Hill was that when Lee had to provide the test - the doctor insisted lee was alone with the doctor. With chavez Hill compained, he had his friends around him and it was not clear that the urine came from Chavez.

Now me personally, when I look at the Rubio fight, The Lee fight and the fact that Chavez has tested positive for a banned substance before? Well all I can say is where there is smoke there is fire.

To go one further - where there is a flame that was quencehed and then smoke came back ha ha lol then there is definitely fire again :)

Unless he's found a way to inject talent levels directly into his veins it's not gonna matter come Saturday night.
