Something is not right in that mind I tell you, for me Jr. looks a little slow... how he speaks, carries himself and how awfully he's been handling the 24/7 job... I mean some scenes are so bad that one line is being edited from multiple takes, but he's odd in other parts to. I don't think he has full understanding of the status Arum and Sulaiman is putting him into, or that he's being shamefully pushed ahead. I think his a bit ******ed medically speaking and can't really hate on him. Yes, the drug test issues are out there, yes he's living off his father's name, his Mexican passport and Arum's political power, but it's not like he's asking for it. So I'll simply root for Sergio to teach Top Rank, WBC, HBO and boxing politics another lesson how to treat all parties involved, and just want a good, clean, fair fight.
I don't think Chavez's behaviour has been that bizarre. He's trying a little too hard in the trash-talking department, but that's about it.
I reckon it'll be a right old tear up. Mexico /Argentina, rich kid/poor kid.. Looking forward to it. Don't dislike either fighter. May the best win.. There's a lot of jealousy of Chavez, if you ask me. Mind, he does seem a twat at times. He's completely got under Sergio's skin though. And all this stupid homoerotic fawning over Martinez is boring. He's not stupid tho, hiring a stylist ffs, he's milking the pink $$. :yep
Jr. really did get under Sexy's skin, well, the WBC did really, but all that injustice now has a fleshed out form and Sergio wants to punish it badly. It's all cool IMO, gonna be an excellent fight, I just can't decide how seriously Jr. takes it, hard to see through the scripted wall of 24/7. We'll find out at the weigh-in.
I think there's no smoke without fire.. The body language says a lot. There is definitely an element of the spoiled brat.. But still I think jr will be taking this very seriously.. Let's not forget where he comes from. Lotta heritage.. Great match-up this. Fascinating stuff. I can't wait! :bbb
Sulaiman is pissed the NSAC selected judges without asking him. Unfortunately if Don Jose don't, the Bobfather has plenty of influence in Nevada. I'm just asking for fair judges, and however wins legitimately should get all the praise.
Haha. Yeah. I have to go ahead and give Julio some props just for fighting Sergio. One of my major complaints has been his level of competition. Well, at MW, the competition doesn't get any better than what he's stepping in with tonight. :yep All that said, kick his mother ****in ass Sergio :guitar !!
I noticed the same from his interviews. I think he is less mature than kids his age but I dont think he is ******ed. kind of reminds me of a mix of tyson at his age and michael jackson.
