Jay Nady should act in a Western, as a barkeep. Or a sheriff.

    Round 1

Martinez comes forward dropping jabs to the waistband. Vargas moves his right hand down to swat them away, and tosses his own left jab up top. Martinez moves in, trying to slash the body and Vargas catches him with outstretched arms. Near head clash. Nady calls a break. Martinez circles left and backhands a few jabs to the body. Vargas turns him and slaps a quick hook. Both miss high jabs. Lead right by Martinez, picked off on the glove by Vargas. Jabs by Vargas, more selective in his shots, shimmying rapidly and swinging his guard around to favor either side. Lead right by Vargas, caught into a clinch by Martinez's left as Martinez digs to the body with his right. Flurry by Martinez, mostly missing. Vargas backs him up with short steps behind a tight guard, without even having to jab.

    10-9 Vargas

He was definitely the one making the fight; I thought just a little more quality from Vargas.

He would have done a good job as Swearengen's sister. No, wait. Cortez would have done a good job as Swearengen's sister. Never mind.

I gave it to him by the narrowest of margins.

    Round 2

Martinez is jabbing his way in, then recoiling the left hand low while his right stays tucked under his chin. Martinez has a tense stance, circling and exploding with fast muscle twitches. Vargas digs to the body with his right on the way in to a clinch. Jab to the face by Martinez. They trade on the inside between clinches, both landing obliquely to the ear. Jabs and 1-2s by Martinez taking the lead, but Vargas is threading his counter jab by them from outside and manages to club Martinez back with a right hand. 1-1-2 by Martinez, hitting glove as Vargas slides back.

    20-18 Vargas

Another close round. Martinez is much more active, but Vargas lands the much better shots. Round Vargas.

I'm calling it right now, Vargas is food for Bradley, or Bradley will eventually become food for Vargas.
