No one is expecting him to come back and win a title. I think this is about doing what he loves and making bank. I'd do it also.

Hatton gives all he has in the ring, just like Chavez did. When you know what you are getting it's a safe way to spend your cash.

Simply amazing. I wouldn't be foolish enough to buy tickets to a fight with a TBD opponent, but good for Hatton.

 

Hatton has always been a ballsy fighter and always will be. But that is exactly what brings retired guys unstuck and forces them back into the ring against guys they are no longer capable of being competitive against.

 

Bringing back interest already, imagine what it'll be like if he gets a title fight

 

The interest would no doubt be enormous. But if he does get a title shot I think there will be a very sad ending. Three and a bit years out of the game is just too long to expect miracles IMO.
