I agree with that. I'm just talking about what Pac is looking at. People keep saying he may have lost on or more of the 3 close fights so he keeps going at it until he is the clear winner to all. So he wants to eliminate that if he can before he is out.

The problem with today unlike back then is that fighters today fight less so fans have less patience. If he were fighting at the rate many fighters were back in the day where they were fighting monthly, I think few would complain.

 

I don't really want to see a 4th fight, every time they fight again they risk having the godfather III effect.

People are only interested in the 4th because hopefully Marquez will finally get the W that he deserves. If he's robbed yet again I can't really see anyone having much stomach for a 5th encounter.

I agree that Marquez is the second best (and toughest) option for Pacquaio: no point in a Cotto rematch and Bradley fight would have been the same fight again only with Pacquaio this time getting the decision in my opinion, proving little. At least the Marquez fight will be close, competitive and a good clash between two guys in the top 5-6 in the P4P ratings.
