He weighed 150lb on fight night in his previous fight against Ortiz and looked more than comfortable.

what happened 3 years later doesn't change what happened when they fought. Corrales vacated his title to move up to 135 before Floyd signed to fight him at 130. Then Corrales struggled to make weight, came 2 pounds overweight at the weigh in and had to hit the sauna for over an hour.

These signs point to a fighter being severely weight drained when he fought Floyd.

Maybe he didn't train properly. It wasn't the weight because he came back there years later and was very competitive.

If you been following floyd's career its quite clear he easily still makes 147.

I understand this. What I'm saying is what if he doesn't want 147 anymore? Look at him 4 months later he looks 165 now. Can you say it was or wasn't calculated for sure? That's the argument

That is quite normal, you make it sound like an hour in the sauna is something out of this world for a professional boxer:huh

Ward isn't ever reaching Floyd's level.

He was a huge SFW that was still growing, however this isn't in any way similar to Dawson dropping down to a weight division that he hasn't fought at in over 5 years.

He was going to go up as he was outgrowing the division, however he hadn't and fought at that weight a few more times in the future.

Apparently this is similar to Dawson dropping down to 168 from 175 for the first time in over 5 years.:huh

He said he'd eventually move up to lightweight, which isn't a big deal, and he didn\t even move up for a while later.

Philla straight lying in here :verysad

Floyd: I would have came in at 175 for the fight if I was Chad.

Floyd, what do you mean "But".... there aint no but.. Chad Dawson offered to go down, Andre Ward did not drag him down there.

Floyd envious of Andre Ward who will take over. Floyd aint got **** on Andre.

JUAN MANUEL MARQUEZ, so what you're saying is if you signed that contract you would of weighed in over the limit, like you did Juan Manuel.
