Good post......But Naz would be a good choice to help him develope a more mobile defense than what Steward could teach him.

Although he defo needs to learn to tie up when shaken.:think

Defense isn't his problem. His Chin is his problem. Fighters that have even average Chins and **** Defense don't get KOed like Khan does. Your Chin is your 2nd line of defense.

Khan is a Glass Jawed Fraud. No trainer can help this.

I don't think Khan is strong enough to develop an inside game. He'd get bullied by guys like Maidana, Bradley, Peterson, Matthysse etc., if he tried to rough them up on the inside.

I agree, Stewart might get him back on top. Work a bit on his defence, etc. I do think Khan's best days are behind him, he's got less going for him than Wlad, apart from the weak chin. At this point, things look pretty dreary. Then again, when Manny first got with Wlad in 2004, things weren't looking pretty for him either.

Perhaps, but technique on the inside is more important than physical strength. If he was taught how to clinch correctly this would obviously benefit him greatly when he inevitably gets hurt again.

There is nothing that Khan can do to improve his game at this stage the habits he has had he has had them since he was a kid fighting in the amateurs those habits are going to be there he wont be able to shake them.

Then he has a glass chin/neck on top of it.... No fighter is going to respect him they will walk through him and touch that chin Khan need to hang em up.

Training with Virgil may mean sparring with Nick Diaz, waaaaaay too scary for Khan!

This trainer **** again. Why doesn't he just take easy fights instead? it worked with roach, there was no need of a trainer change,
he was never good at the top.

"Freddie roach has made me a better fighter"
    "I spar with Manny Pacquiao"
    "With Freddie's gameplan..."
    "Alex Ariza conditioning coach"

    Ditched Ariza... Ditched Freddie

CLEARLY Khan is the problem...evidence of his delusion:

"I will only come back stronger" - repeat 10 times
"I feel like i'm hitting harder than ever!"

He's an ungrateful **** and a sore loser. He needs to look at himself .

Apparently on hearing he'd been fired roach's advice was 'don't fight a puncher'

Khan is going to end up like Meldrick Taylor if he's not careful.
