he would have lasted alot longer than that...chasing guys like him around the ring is harder than you think

 

Haye is faster than anyone LL was in the ring with to be honest.

I think their fight would look much like Haye vs Wlad did.

 

A young Lewis would kill Haye.

Lewis punches too hard and Haye has a suspect chin.

 

But look at what Haye did in the Valuev fight.
And really the only thing Valuev has over Lewis is his chin.

 

Yes, so does Wlad.

Haye would run around on the outside and .. well.. do what he did against Wlad.

 

Ah.. I think LL has very much the same tools as Wlad. Only real difference is that LL is mentally a bit stronger imo.

Wlad lacks the mental strenght that LL (and Vitaly) have. Hei is not weak.. he just doesn't have the extreme mental strenght.

 

Lewis especially the young one would just go for the kill, a younger Wlad would probably have done that too.

The older tactical Lewis is like Wlad, except Lewis has more agression.
It also be a lot of running

I really don't think he needs that strenght anymore.
Wlad is made for Steward, and his jabs pretty much force anyone to fight on the outside.
His powershots are something only the most confident would walk in.
It can make him boring for most but this is the style he's made for.

Vitali and LL are more fighter-like less afraid to trade punches (especially Vitali isn't scared)
Vitali doesn't care much if he gets punched as long as he wins the round.(confidence in his chin)
And Lennox would do the same once he got hurt.

 

Wlad is mental very strong. He stays with Emanuel Steward in 2004 and nobody could stop this. This show mental strength. But Wlad is also an intelligent fighter.

 

He doesnt have the same swag as Vitali or Lennox, and thats a fact.

 

And Lewis would have been lucky to make it into the second half of a 12rounder against a Prime Tyson

 

I like Haye. Dont care about the Wlad fight. He has the ability to sell a fight better than almost anybody in the past 20 years.

 

As great a fighter as Lewis was, his analysis of the sport is and always has been shite.

I mean, this is a guy who tipped shot RJJ to beat Calzaghe and said Audley had a decent chance of beating Haye.

Nobody sells a fight like Haye.

first he hyped Valuev, turned into a stinker.
Then he hyped the Wlad fight to very big proportions, stinker again.
And even after that he could sell his Chisora fight like no other person could.

 

well to be honest that says alot more about his fans and us brits than it does haye...
