Seems a daft comment from Roach to me. If Pacquiao had the same chin Khan has he would have been knocked out about 10 times. His defence isn't much better than Khan's he just has an elite chin and a much more varied attack.

khans quotes have come across as very disrespectful. They could have been mis quoted or tken out of context, but then again, so could this one.

Lack of class from Roach if he's letting the vitriol flow now. Just highlights how much bull**** he peddles for the benefit of the guys he trains.

 

Roach told him what to do when hurt, move and hold, Khan did not listen, went out, tried to slug, and got ko'd. Blaming Roach is not going to help. Roach helped Khan overachieve, it will be downhill from here. I think he gets new promotor, or easier matches, builds up to money fight, losses again. and again, and again.... He's been bitching about Roach since the loss, freddie is better off with him gone.

 

I dont know where Roach is going with this, Hes being unprofessional. As much as I like Khan and He seems to be a nice kid, Ive just not seen a chin like his in Boxing for quite a while. Only thing I can compare are MMA fighters named Melvin Guillard and Brendan Schwab and they use small gloves in MMA.

See, I'm not sure why people keep saying he's got a terrible chin, when, if you look back at the 4th round of the Garcia fight, he took some tremendous shots and kept going. He was taking these shots on his chin! Yet, he got hit in a totally different place to his chin, so why people keep talking about his chin I don't understand. He has never been down from a shot to his chin at LWW.
