I think Chavez is going to try and win the way everybody expects him to, JCT. I get what you're saying, but this fight is too big to go deviate from the game plan. I don't want to compare it to another big time Middleweight fight but if I'm a JCC fan I'd want him going for the kill.

 

I like a warrior but don't jump on wagons that easy, wins are important, but so are styles, behavior, charisma, back story plus no favoritism and testing issues. So far there's more than one issue why I'm not on the wagon, but surely, if Jr puts everything on the line and fights his heart out in a clean performance, I'd love to watch him again, and I don't care if he wins or loses.

 

I already am a fan of the kid. Bunch of ***** asses find almost any reason to not like a fighter these days.

 

Leave the finer points of technique and skill for down the road when it's affordable. Chavez has to bring 100% Mexican Warrior. It's definitely not out of the question for Sergio to gas, and that's even against lesser pressure fighters than Chavez.

Is the 170 rule still in effect? Jr has to of been putting pounds on by the hour.

No idea, bro. I read it several times on here in passing through threads a couple months ago. i've tried to forget about this fight to an extent to make the wait seem less tedious. Now I'm all jacked up for it because of that.

 

I won't be surprised at all if the biggest PED cheat in boxing at the moment, beside Pac, gets a KO win. And hell no, I won't become a fan of Chavez that cheat.

 

Nah, that statement was definitely not in relation to you. It just seems to some people, the kid can't do ANYTHING to lose the attitude that a lot seem to have of him.

You even have fat, out of shape, never fought a day in their life bloggers and writers saying he's spoiled, lazy, etc.,etc. At the end of the day, the dude fights his ass off in the ring and gives entertaining fights. That's my opinion anyway. :good

 

I thought I heard it was some ruling by one of the governing bodies. But never got any clear indication of it and no one has mentioned it since. I doubt Chavez would've agreed to that, that would kill his big ass.

I'd almost say No Chance? In any case, I don't know that I'd even wish for there to be. Chavez presumed weight advantage is one of many different factors that makes it intriguing. It'll be a great win for either man.
