Punch selection, head movement, bobbing and weaving along the ropes, turning with his shoulder, straight punches, fast combinations. Was it just me or were any of you in complete awe of what Maidana did tonight? He looks so so much improved from his losses.

Absolutely amazed. Credit to Karass for what he took!!

lets not get ahead of ourselves, he still reverts into a caveman when it gets rough.

Yeah, but even in caveman mode, he still showed it.

This. He looked like he was gassing out before the knock down.

Im not taking anything away from Maidana, who i personally like, but Soto K is a very limited fighter who constantly comes forward.

I was completely shocked. I just turned to round 2 and saw him use his JAB, and I knew something was up. Great improvement against a tough fighter.

He was tripling the damn jab! He threw straight fast combinations which I never expected. Did you see that bobbing and weaving that he did on the ropes? Brilliant, absolutely brilliant. Garcia is clearly doing well for him.

You could always see glimpses of it so I won't give Garcia full credit. He packaged it together well, though, tonight.
