In short, Chavez has the moral victory of BEATING HIS OPPONENT

while Martinez just outpointed his and survived an embarrassing defeat by the split of a hair

    That's why.....

Im not sure what fight you watched but the pictures of Chavez Jr's face pretty much say it all

    Dog**** post !!!!!!!!!

The broken, out of comission, hospitalized body of Martinez says a lot more, chump. Martinez was the one who was inches away from getting KTFO, no amount of facial damage will change that.

Good analogy. Chavez Jr is on his way to become new people's champion with this EVT12

but who's the one in the hospital right now and will be out for 9 months? Chavez

oh no, my bad, it's Martinez

Btw, a pic of Martinez' face after the 8 stiches he had to take would be appreciated

i somewhat agree. people forget that chavez has been steadily improving every fight and there is no reason to think that his skills have peaked or even close to peaking yet. he has less than 50 total fights (including his non existant amateur career) and he just came within a breath of ko ing the middleweight king and top 4 p4p in the world. only the haters would assume that jr has gotten as high as he can go. there is absolutely no reason to think that he wont come back better and stronger in future fights. add his built in fan base to all these facts and the kid is in a great place right now

They'll probably remember Martinez beating the **** out of him from nearly all 12 rounds. If he had stopped him then it would have been incredible but he didn't

Of course he did.In fact it took me back to when Tyson beat Berbick to become the youngest man to ..blah..blah..blah.
**** all that ****.Any fool can pull off that **** when they're 20...
    BUT,
How many times do you see a guy go down from a punch three times? And a punch that hardly anyone saw!
    Tyson Shmyson:hand:bart

When you ask someone how many guys went down three times from one punch, does any of that talented yoots winning belts **** matter?:think

Does it ****.Berbick won that event and now not only is he the man who whooped a prime Ali,he's the man when it comes to fighters doing top quality spastic dancing.
