Roy Jones Jr vs Chad Dawson

    I know over the last couple years people have said Dawson would have given Roy problems. I'm guessing they were basing this off the shot to **** Roy. What would happen with a close to prime lhw Roy vs Chad. I'm seeing a Richard hall type beat down only Chad don't have the heart to stay on his feet.

    Roys offensive was like a hurricane, you had to be sturdy to survive it. Dawson is not tough enough to hang with Roy.

    Dawson is to weak mentally. Soon as Jones opens up he would fold.

    ^^^^ I was at that fight live...vs Percy Harris in Atlantiic City on HBO, 1992...one of Roy's best ever showings...he was SPECTACULAR that night...

    Roy was something else back in the day. What do you think would of happened had Calzaghe have fought Roy at his best? Apologies if you've already been asked this question a hundred times.

    I like Dawson and think he's a really quality fighter, but Jones was a boxing god. This wouldn't go 12 IMO.
