Are you high or just post like it? The guy cleaned out the 168 pound division beating everyone there with ease. He's the second most compete boxer in the game behind PBF he's only 28 and can still add to an already stellar career.

He certainly on the right path. But a real champion doesn't fight in his own hometown every time. A rematch with Froch in London would do him well, and he'd very likely win just as easy as the first time.

I think he has potencial to be named in same sentence as Marquez, DLH, Benitez... I mean in that league. But of course, time will tell. I think for him to touch guys like Maywetaher, Hopkins, Spinks, Pacquiao, Hearns, etc, is pretty unreal.

He's well on the way to being there but only time will tell. I just wonder where does he go from here? I don't think many people will want to face him and it's not as if he's a mega draw or anything. Froch wants no part of him until his own retirement fight in a year and a half or so and I can't imagine Kessler or Bute are banging down his door at the moment looking to challenge him. He's cleaned out the division with ease and there doesn't seem to be any real challenges left for him at 168. 175 doesn't exactly shine with promise for him either.

might be one day, but way to early to call that halfway through his career.

hes needing to get in HOF first.

He needs career defining fights against opponents that unfortunately don't exist at the moment to go down as a Hagler type ATG.Much as I'm a Froch fan,him and Dawson are not the type of names that people will look at in 20 years and say,"I can't believe Ward was so good against them"
But he will go down as one of the very best of his generation, and deservedly so.

Far too soon to tell, and a lot can go wrong from here. I think he stands the best chance of any of the younger generation of fighters out there, but it only takes a single punch to derail the road to greatness.

    See Nunn, Michael.
