It's about what doesn't suit JMM, show should be called "Mother****er Fall Already!". Truly pathetic.

:patsch Cotto was a 140 pound champion defending his 140 pound belt at the 140 pound limit.

This is really bad even by your standards. Truly puts the "****" in *******.

If anything the older/higher in weight they have gone, the better Marquez has done against Pac.

3rd fight was Marquez' best performance against Pac and that was the highest weight and oldest age.

All these people saying that a higher weight would help Pac are defacto admitting that the catchweight hurt Pac in the last fight (which is stupid but that's basically what you're saying)

Agree. The third fight was the truest outcome of all: JMM clearly won that fight 8-4 or 9-3. The others were razor thin, but the third was clear.

It was also at the highest weight. I wonder if allowing JMM to weigh more actually neutralizes Manny's power advantage. It's no secret that having a few extra pounds often gives a fighter the ability to better absorb a punch.

    Pac is ass backwards.

    For a title? Catchweight.
No titles? Let them fight at the actual limit. :patsch

Its too bad the fight is'nt being fought at 140 lbs, where it would insure neither has a size advantage.

Marquez wanting the fight at 140 lbs last time was to insure Pacquiao was'nt going to enter the ring that much heavier than he was.

Since Pacquiao weighed in at 143 lbs when the catchweight was 145 lbs, Marquez likely feels the chances both come in at roughly the same weight is high.

The problem here will be if one of the fighters comes in at the limit of 147 lbs, and then gains over 5 lbs stepping into the ring.
I think either fighter having a close to 5 lbs weight advantage in the ring while still looking fit as a fiddle would be an unfair advantage, one in which many would criticize and speculate to a PED advantage.

Its too bad. 140 lbs is ideal for both, but team Pacquiao is afraid to go there for some reason, despite Pacquiao insisting he could still make 135 lbs. :huh

As long as Marquez doesn't have to come in 147 for the weigh in then it's all good.

I think Pac lost his hunger years ago and is just starting to get lazy. He'd be better off training down to 140 especially when he fights these smaller, faster fighters. The extra weight doesn't really help him against smaller fighters IMO it just allows him not to be bullied as much by bigger fighters. It's not natural for sure and he is not a natural WW.

yeah you're complaning when a 135/140 pac was fighting cotto at a catch of 145 and being an idiot that pac is fighting jmm at 147 3 years after moving to the weight. might as well complain why pac fought jmm at 130 4 years ago when jmm is fighting at 140/147 now. :patsch

you are acting more and more like a ***** now.

no it didn't hurt Manny, it hurt Marquez. Juan came all the way up from lightweight to fight at 144. Pacquiao always weighs in at 144 even when he fought Margarito (yes I know he weighed 147 vs Bradley).
I want this fight to be at 140 and I wanted it to be at 140 last time too. Roach and Ariza said he can make 140 easy and Pac himself has said it as well.

holy crap, you're a sooooo ignorant :blood
