Who Should Canelo fight in december ?

    GBP says a december fight is possible , who should he fight?
    this kid is one of my favorite fighters ,i see lots of upside , and his power and fluidity are a site to see ,

    lets hear some options guys,

    cotto will not be ready
    Martinez will not be healed
    trout will have just lost to cotto:hey
    mayweather fight needs more time to market properly
    Angulo needs some tune ups

    Kirkland, Lara and Molina. Kirkland will sell the best. Lara and Molina are important fights if they wish to build him into a real boxer. If he avoids those styles now he has zero chance of beating Floyd one day. I think that he will be a bit too strong for Molina but the fight will be close. I haven't seen enough of Lara to comment

    if he really want to make a statement at welter, he must take on Lucas Matthyse.

    Lara or kirkland.
    Both winnable and both fight he needs he plans on fighting the p4p best fighter in the sport. Lara is very good an has some pop. Id like to see what his whiskers are like.
    An before fan boys say anythin like "canelo ko" or "lara will school him" give some reasoning behind both!
    Kitkland is too easy to hit but the dude can bang!!! Will definetly see if the ginger is mexican, or got some irish blood haha
    An lara will probably test how good of a boxer-puncher he really is. His straight right is fantastic an we know the achillies heal for south paws. Hes just gotta be eary of that right hook.

    Lara-Matirosyn will be his mando, but they fight in Nov, he's not allowed to unify so Bundrage and Baysangurov are out, Rosado will be the IBF mando, Kirkland is suing to get out of his contract with GB, and no way in hell GB puts him in with Molina.

    That leaves Carlos Quintana, Andre Berto, and Victor Ortiz.

    I'll guess Ortiz gets his delayed execution, though I'd rather see it be Berto who gets destroyed.

    I honestly do think it will be Mayweather vs C.Alvarez on December 8, for HBO/PPV. And even a fight of that magnitude can do big PPV numbers in just a little less than three months if they make it happen and if they make an announcement for it by weeks end.

    The reason they basically couldn't talk about the prospect of the fight happening following Alvarez' impressive knockout over J.Lopez was because that fight was on Showtime and that same network knowingly won't be carrying Mayweather vs C.Alvarez.

    Kirkland said he wants a tune-up because of his injury, but knowin goldenboy they will make Kirkland his opponent knowin he aint 100%, would rather see Lara over Molina

    seems like a good bad blood fight , ortiz will play the villian and canelo the sup , a berto fight would be great as well , berto could pull off the villian thing as well
