    Giving Canelo the 100k was disgusting. They should have just paid him extra and gave it to Maidana.

    Canelo won the KO bonus and Oscar announced that he was going to give the other 3 winners an extra 25K for showing heart!

    I guess thats nice of him. More fights should be like this where there is an initative to go for KOs.

    Canelo was always going to win the bonus as long as he got the KO - most casual fans don't even tune into the broadcast until the main event. At least they gave bonuses to the other winners as well. Didn't hurt that the winners were all GBP fighters though.

    They only played by the rules they said they were going to (having fans vote)

    Pretty sick of GBP to throw in the bonus to the other winners though. :good

    It was a cool marketing tactic, and we pretty much all knew Canelo would stop the 140 pounder and win it.

    When fans vote, they usually get it wrong. Just look at the starting lineups for the MLB and NBA all star games.

    Stand up move by Oscar to give the other fighters bonuses. I thought, outside of the main event farce, the card was great overall.
