Why fight a guy who is over 30 lbs of natural size bigger? Floyd is pretty solidly a welterweight and walks around maybe a few lbs over it..Sergio is walking around at 180 lbs+ He's simply too big.

 

Sergio hasn't fought at 154 in over 3 years. He is not a factor at that weight.

 

Doesn't make sense for Floyd, he is in boxing for the money and he doesn't want to risk his health or his 0.
