November 10 on HBO, Garcia vs Salido / Lara vs Vanes

Really nice fights. I've got Salido and Lara to take the wins.

 

I got Garcia by tko.
Lara by tko because if he doesn't get that and its a bit competitive vanes getting the decision.. this is a TR promoted card. Lara better know this and his team as well vanes is a good boxer so it should be a nice technical match but well see if Laraos special enough for the ko

 

He ain't KOing Salido. I'm betting on Salido.

Wlad against Wach is on which isn't great but, there is Viloria against Marquez and probably Roman Gonzalez on the undercard.

Not forgetting Mares vs Moreno and on the undercard there are Angulo, Arreola and Gary Russell Jr!

Being that the Lara-Vanes card and Viloria-Marquez are both promoted by Top Rank I hope they end up on the same card

garcia is a straight up beast. his punch placement is excellent, while salido is just a no frills mexican warrior. I think we're in for a foty candidate. I'm leaning toward salido. the guy's tough as nails.

I lean toward lara in his fight against martirosyan. he's just too classy when on his game. props two these two, especially vanes for finally putting up.

 

I'm going with Salido and Lara on this one!

I forgot all about Mikey and was thinking Danny despite knowing he has a fight with Morales scheduled lol. Mikey is the goods it seems and it will be a great fight to test him. Another fun Mexican fighter to watch and I think he's the smoothest I've seen to be around his age. My fav to watch it'll seem like esp with JMM getting up there in age and sadly retiring soon.

Can't say much about Lara but he's a smooth boxer too and moves very well along with having decent power. Will keep an eye out for these fights.

i hope they add 1 or 2 more solid fights to pack the card.

 

It sucks that another GB card and a Top Rank card are going to interrupt eachother. The fight sacrificed fight is going to have to be Lara vs Vanes. I don't want to miss Mares vs Moreno, Garcia vs Salido, and I also don't want to miss Angulo and Arreola's fights.

Yeah very good right hand. Lara chin will get tested in that fight. I'll put a small save bet on Vanes. Garcia-Salido is a great pick em up fight. Really great match up. I'm going to root for Garcia and I hope that he can pull it.
